Is this an insurance plan?
No, Elite Healthcare is not health insurance. It’s an affordable solution for all your healthcare needs. Elite Healthcare is a nationally recognized leader in medical discount savings. Visit one of the 750,000 physician locations and other healthcare providers in our networks and save between 10%-60% instantly. Since Elite Healthcare is not health insurance; the cardholder is responsible for all health care fees incurred. You should also be aware that termination of a health insurance program may hinder your ability to later regain coverage.

How much will I save?
Members will only receive discounts by visiting one of the providers in our networks. There are many factors that will determine your savings. These factors include, but are not limited to, the procedure you are treated for, the state you reside in, and the provider you have selected. Our members can expect to save between 10%-60% instantly on any visit to a provider in any of our networks.

How do I receive my discounts?
First, select a provider in one of the Elite Healthcare affiliated provider networks. Next, when you appear for your appointment, present your Elite Healthcare membership card. You will receive your discount when you pay for your services. There are no forms to file.

Is there a deductible?
No, unlike insurance there are no limits on use. You will get the discounted rate and pay the provider directly.

Can I join if I have an existing health condition?
Yes, because Elite Healthcare is a Discount Medical Plan there are no limits on use.

Is there a waiting period before I can use my healthcare discount card?
No, once you receive your membership kit you will be ready to begin saving.
Can anyone in my household use my medical discount card?
Yes, Elite Healthcare will include any member in your household everyone is accepted under IRS guidelines.

Do I pay the provider at time of service?
Yes, unless you have made other arrangements with your healthcare provider, all payments are due at time of service.

Can a member cancel at anytime?
Yes, simply contact Member Services to cancel at anytime. Your membership will terminate at the end of that month, and then your membership will be canceled.

Is there a co-pay when I visit a provider?
No, Elite Healthcare is not insurance. You pay for the provider services at the discounted rate, at the time of service.

Can I have a list of providers that are in the network?
Elite Healthcare members receive a partial list of local providers in each of its affiliated networks in their initial member kit. Additional providers may be found by dialing the affiliated network toll free number in the member kit.

Will I get a regular statement outlining my savings?
No. Because Elite Healthcare is not insurance, and there are no forms or paperwork to complete and submit to Elite Healthcare, we will have no record of your healthcare appointments, treatment, or savings.

What happens if the network provider doesn’t know about the Elite Healthcare health discount program?
You will still get your discount, even if the provider is not familiar with Elite Healthcare . Since we use third party networks [such as the Private HealthCare Systems (PHCS) nationwide medical network], a particular provider may not know the Elite Healthcare name, but as a contracted provider for PHCS, the provider is obligated to give Elite Healthcare members the agreed upon discounts.

If I have to pay immediately for services, how do I know I am getting a discount?
We give our members a rate schedule for the signature dental network. Medical providers in our affiliated network have agreed to specific fee reductions for all medical procedures.

Can I get your cancellation policy in writing?
Yes. The cancellation policy is clearly spelled out in the membership kit “Terms and Conditions.” Rest assured that you can cancel your Elite Healthcare membership at any time and for any reason – there are no long term contracts or obligations!
